REGINA ASKIA HOLDS FASHION SHOW

Even in far away USA, ex-beauty queen and top actress, Regina Askia is set to make her contribution to help ease the pains of the victim of the recent tragic ethno- religious violence that hit Jos in Plateau State. Come May 22, 2010, Regina will be hosting a fashion show tagged “Fashion for Jos” at the Palace in Brightseat, Landover, Maryland, USA, where 12designers , 9 of whom are Nigerians will be parading their designs. They are L’Shandi, Legend Couture, Estelle Couture, Anyiam Creations, Editalo, Shakara Boutique, Paw Inc, Bijoux Jewelry, all Nigerians, while 2 Ghanaian designers, Studio D’ Maxi and Siasy Imona will also be supporting the event. Tana Yadau, an Indian designer will also strut her stuff on the runway. Artistes billed to thrill guests at the event include Jumbo Aniebiet, Koleurz, Madarocka, Tosin Musik, Chinwe Enn and Tolumide. All of them will be lending a hand to give, heal and restore Jos, in their own little way
