IKEJA CITY MALL PLANS BIG FOR XMAS SHOPPERS
The management of Ikeja City Mall (ICM), the biggest and largest shopping
mall in the country has unveiled series of sales activities and promos to wow
shoppers this Christmas.
The mall which opened barely a year ago is fast becoming a one-place
destination for shopping and entertainment for the family.
According to the management of the mall, an additional new section which
includes the children section and the Cinema (Silverbird) is billed to open
before Christmas.
In an interactive session with Journalist, Centre Manager of the Mall, Mrs
Debola Majekodunmi said the new sections are being added to make it a
destination point that caters for all members of the family.
With these additions and the exciting retail shopping experience, Mrs.
Majekodunmi said there will no longer be any need for Nigerians to go to Dubai
and other places for shopping this Christmas.
“There are a number of international brands available here, the shopping
experience is great and the range of brands, local and international, is
vast.” Nigerians are, therefore, advised to look inward. “Why go abroad
to buy the brands that are available here? she queries.
Beside the new additions to the mall, Mrs. Majekodunmi said the mall will
give out a new car to a lucky shopper this Christmas.
She noted that to qualify for the draw to win the car, shoppers at the mall
just need to buy items worth N5,000 from any shop.
The draw in which the winner of the car will emerged will be held after
Christmas.
A Christmas tree has been mounted at the mall. A Father Christmas centre has
also been opened there.
Mrs. Majekodunmi hinted that more exciting programmes for shoppers will be
unveiled soon.
