MUSIC MEETS RUNWAY HOLDS DECEMBER 24…….TO FEATURE 10 DESIGNERS AND 10 ARTISTES

The second edition
of the popular platform that fuses music and runway fashion together, Music
Meets Runway (MMR) will hold at the upscale Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria
Island, Lagos on Monday, December 24, 2012.
Music Meets Runway is from the stable of Le Reve Events and a
platform that effortlessly allows music and
fashion runway to ‘mingle’ in order to
create a genial atmosphere for lovers of fashion designs and music to relate. The brain behind the MMR is no
one other than the delectable and resourceful Jennifer Olize, a lady who has a
passion for both fashion and music.
One of the
highlights of the December 24 event will be the introduction of 10 fashion
designers and their models that will light up the stage with their eclectic
designs and new trends in the runway clime.
 There will
also be 10 top-of-the-range artistes performing that day, a rare feat in the
fashion and music industry. The MMR is increasingly becoming a veritable
platform where up and coming acts can be discovered. It is worthy of note that
one of the superstars of the year, Davido was first discovered on the stage of
the maiden MMR last year.

Speaking on the
readiness to stage a bigger MMR, Jennifer Olize said ‘’This year’s edition of
the MMR will be bigger judging by the events lined up, we are raising the bar
with this edition, having 10 designers and 10 artistes was a deliberate move,
tickets are now on sale, to avoid the rush, our prospective audience should
purchase their tickets early, it promises to be a memorable event’’.
