THE MAKEUP FAIR SERIES MOVES TO OWERRI
Preparations for the next makeup fair are being put
in place as POPs Concepts presents the first Owerri Makeup Fair (OMUF) which is
scheduled to hold on April 27th 2013. The Owerri MakeUp Fair (OMUF) will be the
5th edition in the makeup fair series.
