This collection celebrates the classic retro look of the
50s. Exploring a more formal period when women dressed smartly and
looking like a lady was key fashion statement. Waist was cinched in to emphasis
the woman figure to achieve that much coveted hour glass silhouette.
She interplayed structure and flowy texture of exotic Silks, brocades and
laces, which was intricately constructed to create an illusion of perfect
proportion. An infusion of pastel colours that are appealing to the eyes, gave
the pieces, that feminine and balanced outlook of graceful demeanour of a
glamorous movie star without losing its afro-centric appeal.
