The 2nd edition of Africa’s Biggest Student Fashion Week was held at the Indoor Sports Hall of the University of Lagos, Nigeria on the 5th and 6th of June. It had over 2000 guests, over 40 emerging designers, and over 20 exhibitors. And the highly anticipated event will not be forgotten anytime soon.

Some of the designers that showcased at the fashion week were: Mistress Lagos, Bane, Vicehouse of Roy, Linesbychaab, MojiBanks, Fortunita, Makani Couture, 17.09 couture, Ema Griffins, Mofannie’s Kouture, Ovems Fashion, Tunde Couture, S-Plus clothing, Koffykombs Klothings, Michael Charles Couture, Hembadoon clothing, Linda Midu, Lah’delle, Belle Array, Sway Switches, GLAMstitches, Couture Royale, Harriet Kollection, Naija’s Very Own, Shoge Fashion, amongst others.

Vovwe Omoke, a graduate designer from OSC College of Fashion emerged as the Most creative designer of the fashion week, as this was announced by Ronke Ademiluyi, founder of Africa Fashion Week London and Africa Fashion Week Nigeria, she will be showcasing for FREE at the Africa Fashion Week Nigeria.
