generation of A-list entertainers in 2015. In this report, BOLA AKINBOADE-BELLO brings to you a recap some of the
biggest celebrity babies born in 2015.
 
MERCY JOHNSON & PRINCE OKOJIE
Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson and her husband, Prince Okojie welcomed
their third child.
The couple gave birth to a baby girl on December 11, 2015 at the University
Of Maryland (Saint Joseph), United States of America. Mercy and her husband are
now proud parents of three children.

STEPHANIE & LINUS  IDAHOSA
The ex-beauty queen, model and actress had her first child with her
husband, Linus Idahosa. The baby boy was born on October 24.
ODUNLADE ADEKOLA & RUTH
Popular Nollywood actor, Odunlade Adekola’s wife Ruth gave birth to a
bouncing baby boy on Monday, November 23 in Abeokuta. This is their fourth son
together.
ELOHOR AISIEN & OWEN AISIEN
The former Miss Nigeria UK, celebrity event planner and Elite Model Look
Nigeria franchise owner welcomed a baby girl on Thursday October 29 in a UK
hospital.
UCHE JOMBO & KENNY  RODRIGUEZ
The actress welcomed a baby boy with her husband, Kenny Rodriguez, in May.
The baby is named Matthew.
DJ NEPTUNE & ESE IMOHIOSEN
Nigerian Disc Jockey, DJ Neptune, also joined the league of fathers when he
welcomed his baby girl in June this year with wife, Ese Imohiosen
UFUOMA EJENOBOR
Nollywood actress and model, Ufuomma Ejenobor was delivered of a baby girl
on August 8, 2015 three years after welcoming her first daughter. The baby is
named Kesiena.
BRYMO & ESSE
Talented singer, Brymo joined the list of entertainers who welcomed their
babies in 2015 when his girlfriend, Esse gave birth to a bouncing baby boy on
March 27, 2015. The former Chocolate City singer has since named the boy
Waju….
DR. SID & SIMI OSOMO
The dentist-turned-singer embraced his bundle of joy when his wife, Simi
Osomo, was delivered of a beautiful baby girl in May, 2015 at Cedar-Sinai
Medical centre, USA.
KAREN IGHO & YAROSLAV RAKOS
TV/ Radio personality and ex Big Brother Africa winner, Karen Igho, had a
baby boy on July, 4, 2015 in the United States of America. She got married to
Yaroslav Rakos in December 2014.
IK OGBONNA & SONIA MORALES
Model and actor IK Ogbonna welcomed a baby boy with fiancée, Sonia Morales,
in June 2015. The couple later legalized their wedding weeks after the delivery
of their son.
D’ PRINCE
Don Jazzy younger brother and Mavin Records artist, D’Prince had a baby
with his girlfriend in June.

FLAVOUR & ANNA BANNER
Flavour had a daughter with former Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN),
Anna Banner in August.
DAVIDO & SOPHIA MOMODU
HKN boss, Davido, also became a daddy this year amidst some controversy. It
was alleged that he first denied being the father of the child, but later put
all differences concerning the story to rest, confirming that he is now, in
fact, a father. His baby mama, Sophie Momodu (who also happens to be the cousin of media
mogul, Dele Momodu) was delivered of a baby girl in May 2015.
TIWA SAVAGE & TEEBILLZ
MAVIN First Lady, Tiwa Savage and Teebillz as her husband is popularly
known welcome their first child together on July 22. The baby boy was delivered
at St. Mary’s hospital in London .
OMAWUMI & TOSIN YUSUF
Nigerian singer, Omawumi Megbele welcomed her bundle of joy on Saturday,
18th, 2015, in a US hospital. Omawunmi and her husband had a baby boy shortly
after legalizing their union. Omowonder as she is fondly called now has two kids for her hubby, Tosin
Yusuf .
MARY REMMY & JASON NJOKU
The Nollywood actress, Mary Remmy was delivered of a baby in August for
Iroko TV boss, Jason Njoku.
JIM IYKE & DANA
Nollywood bad boy actor, Jim Iyke had a son from his Lithuanian lawyer
girlfriend on September 6.
ADAEZE YOBO & JOSEPH YOBO
The former Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) had her 3rd child with
international footballer and former Nigeria football team captain Joseph Yobo.
They had a boy on March 31.
TIMAYA & BARBARA
Timaya and his longtime girlfriend had a daughter together on July 15. This
is the second child between Egberi Papa 1 and his girlfriend.
VENITA AKPOFURE & TERNA TARKA

Celebrity photographer, Yomi Black and wife Liz had a baby boy on July 1 in
USA.
OLAMIDE ADEDEJI & AISHAT SULEIMAN
Baddo as Olamide is fondly called was the first celebrity to have a baby in
2015. His longtime girlfriend, Aishat Suleiman gave birth to a baby boy on
January.
