Juliet Esiri, CEO of Okin Arewa hails from Delta state. Has being living in the UK for over 20 years now, although she comes to Nigeria three times in a year. The name Okin Arewa was derived from a bird called Peak cock, which is a very classy and colourful pretty bird that stands out amongst other birds. She chose the name to symbolize her African heritage. She initially started with makeup and head gear, was later trained by Segun Gele in
Houston Texas, and she was his first student at the time. Okin arewa is 7 years old so far and it’s striving well in the UK.
She got a break through when she helped tie over 90% head gear at a party she was invited to in
London.
Their services include teeth whitening which makes her stand out, facials and also a one-stop beauty shop for brides and all, and also sells ranges of beauty products. Her skin lightening products are derive from herbs.
Although make up is saturated in
Nigeria, she's not deterred in any way because her work stands out uniquely anywhere it’s seen. Furthermore,  she engages herself in advanced training so as to update herself in her special craft whenever she's in Nigeria with the likes of Banke Meshida,  and also still engage in working with her anytime she's in Nigeria and available. She has trained a lot of students in the US and the UK.
