place your other fingers on your forehead and hold for 20 seconds.  Repeat 10 times.

FACE STRETCH- Stretching your entire face will firm up the muscles in your forehead, cheeks,chin, and neck. To do this, simply open your mouth as far as you can and stick your tongue out. At the same time, open your eyes as wide as you can and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times daily-probably in the comfort of your own home.
