EBONY MAGAZINE’S BILL COSBY COVER STIRS CONTROVERSY

The Bill Cosby’s effect on the perception of African American culture in America has divided observers following the recently released cover of Ebony Magazine’s new issue. The November edition of the magazine features a picture of Bill Cosby, 78, in character as Cliff Huxtable on the family favourite ‘The Cosby Show’, then superimposed by a broken pane of glass over the portrait.

The yet to be released magazine has stirred controversy, especially among blacks in America after Ebony Magazine shared the photo on Twitter.

The photo generated massive uproar among users on the social networking site with claims whether the cover and its corresponding story will be helpful in determining Cosby’s impact on the black race in America.
