Sleek Nigeria is a Hair and Makeup brand owned by 2 sisters, Ebele and Ify Ugochukwu, and ever since they stormed the Nigerian scene, they have always been on top of their game as they have been able to grow their business into a flourishing brand and house hold name with franchise in most of the major cities in the country.
The latest coming from their stable is their partnership with Eryca Freemantle. Eryca is an award winning celebrity and international make-up artist, industry intelligence, consultant, educator, author, corrective makeup specialist, trendsetter, key note and motivational speaker. They are starting a makeup academy next year February. She will be coming from her UK base to Nigeria to educate inspiring makeup artists in Nigeria because the demand for makeup in the country is phenomenon. The aim of the academy is to ensure that makeup artists who have gone through the accreditation are able to work anywhere in the world.
And recently, Eryca was in the country to put final touches to this arrangement as she is not only living her country but she is coming to Nigeria to stay.
And to kick off the partnership, she was at the end of the year seminar and luncheon put together by the sleek sisters to host their franchise and to also give awards to those who had done exceptionally well in the course of the year. The event which took place at Victoria Island, Lagos, treated the Sleek franchises to a super charged motivational speech given by world famous international celebrity makeup artist, Eryca Freemantle “On living your dream through solidarity with a top”, as well as financial and business tools to grow your business presented by Obiora Unigwe of Bank PHB.
The sleek sisters also used this opportunity to express their appreciation to their franchises, acknowledging them as the backbone of sleek Nigeria without who sleek would not be where it is today. The franchise was rewarded with gifts such as generators, plasma screen, freezers and much more.
