Spread the love

Current winner of the Model of Africa 2011 event who just returned from representing Nigeria as Mister International Nigeria at the recently held Mister International competition which took place in Bangkok, Thailand has made history by emerging as a semi-finalist in one of the most prestigious competitions in the world, a feat which has only being attained by two other African countries (Namibia and Angola) since the inception of the leading men’s competition in 2006. Although he was the last contestant to arrive in camp, Kenneth put up an outstanding performance which resulted in him becoming the only African to scale through to the semi-finals. He was also generally noted to have the best body, a position which was eventually lost to Sweden by hair’s breadth. His great stage presence and excellent built made him get bookings from leading designers such as Maximus, Roma, Guy Laroche (Paris), Yipueng and the number one fashion magazine in Thailand popularly known as Crow Magazine. He was also approached by Top Scouts and International agencies including OMS. Kenneth who turned 22years on the 15th of December, 2011 in the heat of the competition got treated to lavish birthday celebrations by the organizers, and later by Crow Magazine who took him on the famous Grand Chaophraya Cruise where they had dinner in the VIP section with the magazine’s editor and few other invited guests. Kenneth Nwadike who has made history by earning five titles (Mr. Poly, Mr. Campus 2011, Mr. Imo State 2011, Model of Africa2011 and Mister International Nigeria2011) all in one year says that this is the final bus-stop with pageants for him, having climbed to the highest male competition and would now concentrate more on his fast ascending modeling career. Kenneth Nwadike remains the current Model of Africa title holder till next year when he will hand over to his successor.
The 6th edition of the Mister International competition which held in Patravadi Theatre, Bangkok, Thailand on the 17th of December, 2011 with 33 competing countries was won by Cesar Curti from Brazil.
