RIHANNA & MAC LAUNCH A REMIX OF OUR ALL-TIME FAVE RUBY WOO LIPSTICK
R&B singer Rihanna and Mac cosmetics have joined
forces to create a new shade of red lipstick; the RiRi Woo. RiRi Woo is a remixed version of the classic Ruby
Woo shade — a matte red that has some serious stunner status.
For her part, Rihanna said she’s been using MAC
products on tour for ages and was insistent that the colour should be suitable
for every skin tone. The RiRi Woo retails for $15 and has Rihanna’s
signature on it.
The new lipstick which was released for purchase
exclusively online on May 3, 2013 was reported to have sold out within three
hours!
During that time, “RiRi Woo” was trending on
Twitter, customers complained of multiple failed attempts to get through to make
the purchase.
The next time the shade will be available will be in
June.
