COUNTDOWN TO ALI BABA’S JANUARY 1 CONCERT
The
much-anticipated maiden edition of Ali Baba’s concert, slated for January 1,
2015 at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, has secured the
support of most stand-up comedians, who are eager to support the organizers,
who himself, is a veteran comedian. The list is said to
be over 25 comics, including Bovi, AY, Omo Baba and MC Abbey.

Put together by
Bunmi Davies of the Stand Up Nigeria fame, organizers say the show will also
witness the award of scholarships to some 1st Class graduates as well as
special recognition of eight Nigerians who are pioneers in various fields.
