LADYMAKER UNVEILS ADIRE COLLECTION
The Ladymaker is a fashion brand known for dedication to fit and a passion for an African interpretation of a well-dressed woman. All of its designs are handmade in the Ladymaker workshop in Lagos Nigeria by a team of pan-african workers led by Ifeyinwa Azubike.
It recently released its latest collection for the season tagged the Stained Glass Collection.
According to the brand:
The collection was influenced by the old cathedral stained glass windows. The collection focuses in particular on the art of creating enduring beauty.
The pieces have been made for the Lady-a woman with power, imagination and passion. Custom hand-dyed prints were used to portray the idea of stained-glass in a unique manner, resulting in the signature of femininity and classicality which will fit the Lady in this season and beyond.
Ladymaker was based on a lifelong obsession with “ladyhood “— the lifestyle of a respectable woman —as well as initiating ideas on how successful women should portray themselves. The brand has explored the transformative influence of how women dress and create a personal style that goes beyond trends since its inception in 2016.
